Next Level Soul with Panache Desai

I just watched Next Level Soul with Panache Desai, and I felt really compelled to share this with a wider audience.

I sent this to a few friends already, but I would honestly highly recommend everyone watch this episode. He is absolutely incredible. A very rare being. Completely grounded and real, but way beyond in the best possible way.

These are my notes, keeping his words and the way they landed for me:

Love is a state of unity and neutrality. Achieving this state leads to freedom from suffering, because you recognise life’s events without reacting or personalising. Panache says the greatest miracle is fully accepting yourself and reaching a place of equilibrium, where love manifests naturally.

Everyone is trying to “success” their way out of suffering.

Everything you’re scared of is not outside of you.

The awakening is just waking up to what is always present. It’s not an attainment, it’s an allowing.

With trauma, you just have to accept the fact it happened. And what you accept, you complete. The second you accept the trauma happened, it’s over, and it no longer has any power over you.

All this stuff we’re doing, we’re just dancing around the trauma. Sometimes we’re just re-traumatising ourselves, and it becomes a loop. The only thing you need to offer it is your acceptance. The end.

The freedom comes through the acceptance of what happened. The very second you accept what happened, you don’t have to work on it anymore. The whole reason you’re still working on it is so you can finally get to the place where you can just accept what happened.

We have to be born into every circumstance so we can complete it, so no human being ever has to go through it again. We need to complete the thing in our hearts by accepting it. Once we accept it, we stop surviving it, and it finally reaches our hearts and integrates.

It’s in everyone’s best interest for us to live in the illusion of completion. There would be no personal development industry without this.

To turn and face yourself with love is your only way out of this illusion.

Human beings suffer from human dysmorphia. We’ve been taught to hate ourselves, reject ourselves, deny ourselves.

And finally: you don’t have to be healed. You’ve just tried to love people who don’t love themselves. As soon as you realise you’ve been trying to get acceptance and approval from people who don’t love themselves, hopefully that frees you from the need to keep doing everything you’re doing.

Then you can redirect your time, effort, energy, resources, and awareness back toward yourself, remembering where that love truly resides, and living from it.
